Sharing a tool bundle shares only the list of tools, not your connected app accounts or any custom field settings.
Share a tool bundle
- Go to mcp.zapier.com and select your server.
- Click Share tools in the top right. A dialog will open.
- Enter a name for your bundle in the Tool bundle name field.
- Enter a short description in the Tool bundle description field.
- Click + Create shareable link.
- Click the copy icon to copy the link and share it.
Use a tool bundle link
When someone opens a tool bundle link, the list of tools included is shown. To add the tools to their own server, they:- Sign in to Zapier MCP (or sign up if they do not have an account).
- Select an existing server or create a new one.
- Connect their own app accounts for each tool.
Remove a tool bundle link
Removing the link stops others from using it to add tools, but does not remove tools already added by others.- Go to mcp.zapier.com and select your server.
- Click Share tools in the top right.
- Click the delete icon next to the bundle link to remove it.
Tool bundles vs. server access
Tool bundles and server access both let you share your MCP tool configuration, but serve different goals.
Use a tool bundle when you want to help someone else get started with the same tools. Use server access when you want teammates to help manage a single shared server.
